Housing project
Pemba is the capital of Cabo Delgado, the most northerly province of Mozambique and is described as a place where beach meets bush and a natural paradice.
Zemun is located on the seafront of east side of the peninsula. The Zemun housing project will be small community of privately owned holiday houses or for those who wish to live there, a permanent residence. There will be sporting facilities such as tennis courts, a running track and a clubhouse that will have pool tables, table tennis and a gym. There will also be a restaurant located in the center with an adjoining outdoor bar positioned under the largest baobab tree in Zemun.
There will be a wooden deck leading out onto the beach with an entertainment right on the beach. The deck will be surrounded by a swimming pool and a wet bar on one side and on the other side there a large coi pond. Located on the beachfront will be facilities for water sport equipment rental.
A bird sanctuary and an adjoining dam will be a signature feature located on the center of Zemun and for those that wish to experience the beach on horse back there will be horse stables and guided tours along the beach and through Zemun's grounds.
The entire property is covered in tropical vegetation and there are a number of huge, magnificent baobab threes also known as the elephant tree that stand testament to the thousands of years that have passed. There is an abundance of coconut palms and while sitting silent during the night one can hear coconuts fall to the ground.
The beachfront is pure and unspoiled, with perfect white sand that stretches down to the beautiful, aquamarine sea. During low tide the water recedes an amazing 2km reveling the coral reef as it reaches out from sea to the horizon, perfect for long strolls in the clear, shallow, warm puddles which are littered with all kinds of fish. Walking out into the ocean on Zemun's beach during low tide can be described as surreal, a place where you leave the world you know behind you and find yourself in natures perfection and a true paradise, like an intrepid explorer discovering the perfect diamond you will not want to say goodbye.
