Baobab trees can live to be thousands of years old. They are noted for storing water inside the swollen trunk, with the capacity to store up to 120,000 litres

Zemun consists of three parts, a farm, timber and housing project. Each of the three is designed to work in synergy with one another. The timber processed is used to build the houses and other structures while the farm will grow vegetables and other foods that will supply the residents of the of Zemun. Employees of Zemun will live in in superbly build ethnic houses in a village located beside Zemun. These people will be the life blood of Zemun and will run and maintain the each of its parts.

The timber yard is complete and is up and running producing up to 2000 cubic metes of processed wood per day. The farming and the housing projects have begun and are running in parallel. Zemun is expected to be complete by end 2007.
